Daphne Bailey

Daphne Bailey, a Cathedral of All Saints congregant, entered her eternal rest on November 27, 2024. 

Daphne was predeceased by her beloved husband, Eric, cherished grandson, Robert Gerald Ray and loving son-in-law, Kenneth Donald Vinson. She is survived by three daughters, June Bailey, Marie Bailey-Vinson and Donna Bailey and cherished grandchildren, Tania Lynn Jeffress and Marcus Christopher Watson.

Daphne was deeply faithful, prayed daily, and kept her faith when in dark, difficult situations. She was kind, quiet and always sensitive to and supportive of others. She was employed at Flah's and later Sears and Roebuck in the catalog department where she wore many hats. Always dependable, she was frequently called upon to work extra hours and did so gladly. 

Always humble, she touched countless lives, but never realized the strong impact her love and strength had on others. She will always be deeply loved and sorely missed by all who knew her. 

Visitation will be held Saturday, December 14, 2024 from 9:30am-11am with a funeral service at 11am at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, NY 12205. Her family welcomes your presence.
