Albany – David W. Bell, 67, passed away on Friday February 6, 2015 at Albany Medical Center. He is the son of the late Albert and Florence Bell.
David was employed by the City of Albany DGS for 20 years before his retirement.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Chris Austin Bell; two daughters, Teresa and Florence Bell; two step-sons, David Schrimsher and Joseph Ferrandino; his siblings, Manuel, Ronald, Shirley, Sandra and Lois; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents David was predeceased by three brothers and three sisters.
