David Dombroski

Watervliet- David Dombroski, 61, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 21, 2023 with his loving family by his side. He was the son of the late Bernard and Dorothy Dombroski. David was the devoted husband to Matthew Ketcham. They were married 14 years.

David worked as a technician at Albany Amusement all his life until his retirement.

David enjoyed spending time with his entire family and loved cooking for them. He was truly the life of the party. David had a passion for woodwork as well as creating new items such as a coffee table he was quite proud of.

David will always be remembered for his kindness and compassion when it came to helping others.

In addition to his husband, David is survived by his nephew, Andrew (Adam Gorman) Kelley; siblings, Barbara (the late William) Jordan and Paul (Tammy) Dombroski; a special friend, Sandy Sawyer; as well as many other nieces, nephews, and friends.

In addition to his parents, David is predeceased by his siblings, Jeffery Dombroski and Paula (Butch) Kohler.

In Lieu of Services, a celebration of David's life will be taking place at Matthew's residence on Saturday, July 29, 2023 starting at 2pm.
