TROY- David J. Trong, 62, passed away on Friday, June 2, 2017.
David was born in Troy, NY on December 24, 1955 to the late Raymond and Regina Trong. David was a longtime painter and was most recently employed with TRIP in Troy, NY. Daivd was a longtime fan of the Boston Red Sox, and the Minnesota Vikings. David will be remembered for his sense of humor and his free spirit.
He is survived by his siblings, John (Ann) Trong, Christopher Trong, Victoria (Scott Koblensky) Trong, and Paul Trong, and several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his brother, Raymond Trong.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Funerals & Cremations, 181 Troy Schenectady Road, Watervliet, NY 12189, on Thursday, June 8, 2017 from 4:00pm-7:00pm with a service to immediately follow.
