SCHENECTADY – Dawn J. Urquhart, 79, passed away on June 21, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on July 19, 1944 a daughter of the late George J. Bushey, Sr. and Ruth Kenna.
Dawn worked for many years in Albany Medical Center in Albany, retiring in 2008.
She enjoyed traveling, shopping an occasional trip to the casinos, but what she loved most of all was her family.
She is survived by her husband of many years, Thomas; her daughters, Lynn (Anthony) Choppa and Jacqueline (George Michael) Macon and her stepson, James (Tonya) Urquhart; nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren, two brothers, George and Daniel Bushey; her uncle, James (Maureen) Bushey and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 27, 2024 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie.
