Deborah Marie Dibenedetto

February 5, 1962 — June 10, 2024

Latham-
After a courageous battle with cancer, it is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Deborah DiBenedetto, 62, of Latham, NY. On June 10th 2024 at Albany Medical Center surrounded by her family, Debbie passed away peacefully into the arms of her dad to join him in heaven.

Debbie had a big heart and an even bigger smile for family, friends, and for anyone she met along the way. Debbie was always there to lend a helping hand no matter who you were and never asked for anything in return. Her kind presence made this world a better place, and her absence is a loss to us all. Debbie had a love for all animals, especially for her four-legged nieces and nephews, Bentley, Joey, Marble, and Samantha.

Debbie was predeceased by her father Joseph J. DiBenedetto Sr.

She leaves behind her mother Rose T. DiBenedetto, her sister Mary DiBenedetto, her brother and sister-in-law, Joseph and Betsy DiBenedetto, her three nieces, Katelyn DiBenedetto, Megan (Gentry) Arburn and Emily DiBenedetto (Patrick) whom she was so proud of and would have done anything for.

The family would like to thank the nurses, doctors, and PCAs at Albany Medical Center D4E Oncology Unit. Their kindness and support will be forever etched in our hearts. They would like to thank Debbie’s cousins Mark, Tania, Michelle, Carrie, and Tony for their support during Debbie’s illness.
The family would also like to express gratitude to Debbie’s co-workers at the Bone and Joint for their kind words and gifts.

Memorial donations may be made in Debbie’s name to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network and/or The Mohawk Hudson Humane Society.
But most of all in Debbie’s honor please “be kind to one another.”
