ALBANY – Delbert E. Dickson, of Albany, passed away on Friday May 22, 2009 at St. Peter's Hospital.
He was born in Coxsackie and was the son of the late Arthur and Dorothy Dickson. Mr. Dickson served in the US Air Force from 1962 through 1966. He was a printer with NYS Department of Civil Service for many years.
He is survived by wife of 44 years, Florene Dickson; his daughters, Dawn Dickson and Courtney (Leonard) Noisette; two grandsons, Shawn and Aaron Noisette and great granddaughter, Sanaiya Noisette. He is the brother of Luzerne, Eugene (Ruth Ann), Gerald and Bernard (Jessie) Dickson, Audrey (Frederick) Porter and Lucretia (David) Bowie. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Wednesday from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie.
