Della Mae Walker

ALBANY- Della Mae Walker, 87, born March 28, 1932 in Florence, South Carolina. She was predeceased by her mother, Mary Ethel Presley, father, Thomas Lee Presley and her husband, Albert Walker.

Della graduated High school in New York City, where she lived for many years. She moved to Albany where she met and married her husband. She worked at J.D. Beers on Orange St. for many, many years.

Della is survived by two brothers: Thomas and Earl Presley; two special nephews: Tammar Cancer and Thomas Presley III; three nieces: Bernice, Lucille, and Mary Ellen; Great nieces and nephews: Ashari, Jason, Jamari, and Tyree. She is survived by a host of other family and friends, as well as a special friend- Vickie Cancer.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her calling hours on Thursday, November 14, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 12 Noon at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, New York 12205. A funeral service will follow at 12 Noon. Interment will be in Graceland Cemetery, Albany, New York.
