Deloris D. Quattlebaum

Mrs. Deloris Quattlebaum, 76, died Friday, March 30, 2012. Mrs. Quattlebaum was married to the late Samuel J. Quattlebaum Jr. who preceded her in death on February 5, 2011 and the late Lawrence Quattlebaum Sr. who preceded her in death on June 25, 1977. Her parents, James R.E. Adams and Sarah Sumpter Adams Price and one brother, the late Alphonso Price of Jacksonville, FL also preceded her in death.

Sweet memories will remain forever with her loving children: Michael (Sharon) Quattlebaum of Charlotte, North Carolina, Lawrence Quattlebaum Jr. of Albany, New York, Sharon Imam of Schenectady, New York and Alicia (Kamil) Elordi of Albany, New York; one stepson, Maurice (Mae) Quattlebaum of Newark, New Jersey; two sisters, Gloria (R. B.) Holmes of Tallahassee, Florida, Lillie Mae Price-Wesley of Ellicott City, Maryland; one brother, Waymond Price of Jacksonville, Florida; one aunt, Theresa Crum of Jacksonville, Florida; 11 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and lifelong friends.

Funeral Services will be held TUESDAY, April 10, 2012, at Church of God and Saints of Christ, Eighth Tabernacle, 153 Jay St., Albany, New York 12210; Nathaniel Quattlebaum, Pastor. Ms. Quattlebaum will rest at the Tabernacle for visitation of friends from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.; the celebration of life service begins at 11 a.m. Interment will follow the service at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.
