Denise (Wolff) Dallemand, of Albany, NY, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, December 1, 2018, at the age of 92, after a brief battle with cancer.
Denise is survived by her four children, Benjamin P. Dallemand, Karine Lataillade, Leslie Dallemand, and his wife Pascalie, and Soraya Lopinto, and her husband Steven; her grandchildren, Benjamin P. Nunn, Christina Collado, Jennifer Dallemand, Anthony Lataillade, Gilliane Arens, Joanne Lataillade, Daniel Cacapit, Anthony Lopinto, Christopher Dallemand, Brandon Dallemand, Tajah Dallemand and her great grandchildren, Jocelyn Denise Frye and Gabrielle Teagan Cacapit. She leaves behind countless family members, including cousins, in-laws, nieces, and nephews. She was predeceased in death by her siblings Herman Wolff, Hans Wolff, Janine Antman, and her husband, George Dallemand.
Denise was born in Jacmel, Haiti to the late Leonard and Herminie Wolff, and immigrated to the United States in 1967. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family and friends. She was quick to laugh and will be remembered for her endearing smile and generous spirit.
A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Immaculate Conception Church (86-45 Edgerton Road, Jamaica, NY, 11432) at 10:00 am. A small reception will follow (location to be announced).
