On Monday September 19th, Dennis John Maloney of Long Island passed away at the age of 69.
He will be lovingly remembered by his brothers: James [ Stella ], Richard [ Karen Tarvin ] and John [ Linda ]; as well as several nieces, nephews and many cousins. The family acknowledges William and Paula Norton for their enormous support and kindness. Billy was a brother to Dennis and they shared a 36 year friendship. Dennis was predeceased by his loving parents, John and Teresa Maloney. Despite Dennis' struggles and poor health he remained a curious, loving and caring person who always went the extra mile. He touched many lives and will be missed by many.
Dennis was a life long resident of Long Island where he expressed himself through his career as a talented private Home Contractor. He had a passion for the sea and spent his happiest moments on the water, boating and fishing. Dennis was a quiet and unassuming person whos greatest joy was to be of service to others. He was a man of strong character with a great love of family. He will be remembered every day in our hearts.
Interment is private and at the convenience of the family.
