Destiny Carter entered into her final rest on Thursday, February 22, 2024. Destiny was born in Albany, NY on August 4, 1994, to parents Kitrina L. Arrington and Djuon ("Dino") Carter.

After high school, Destiny wanted to attend college for business management with the goal of creating her own soap and facial products. Throughout her adult life, Destiny worked in retail and enjoyed swimming, hiking, and going to events with her twin sister, De'ju. She was an avid dancer with a strong sense of humor.
Destiny could make anyone laugh and brighten their day with her smile, humor, and laugh. More than anything she enjoyed spending time with her twin sister and beautiful son Majestic- that is all she spoke about. Above it all, the family was everything to her.
Destiny was a big believer in spiritual healing and the power of prayer. It was her strong faith and steadfast belief in God that helped her get through the obstacles she faced.
Destiny was preceded in death by her mother Kitrina L. Arrington and grandparents Wilbur and Olie Kadle and grandfather Raymond Arrington.
Destiny's life and legacy will be forever cherished by her son Majestic Carter. Her father, Djuon "Dino" Carter, twin sister De'ju Carter (Rome Mullins), twin brothers Kristen Mitchell and Craig Mitchell, brother Diego Carter, nephew Adonys, niece Mi'Dasia, maternal grandmother Fay Simpson, paternal grandparents Ann Clayton and Richard I. Parsons along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
