Glenmont-Diane T. McKenna, passed away at home on March 4, 2022.
Diane was born on March 22, 1947, in Lachine, Quebec, Canada, a daughter of the late Origène and Ida de Gonzague.
She was a loving mother to Robin and Shawn and loving significant other to John for 25 years. Diane enjoyed taking drives with John throughout the northeast and meeting with friends for lunches and concerts. She was for many years a legal secretary for the NYS Public Service Commission, an avid reader of fiction, and instilled in her children a love of reading and creative pursuits.
She is survived by her loving significant other John McMahon, her beloved children, Robin McKenna (Stephen Youmans) and Shawn McKenna (Michael Relf), and her beloved four-legged grand-babies.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Norman de Gonzague, and her sister, Lorraine Hillman.
Per her wishes, there will be no public service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. We ask that if you see a daffodil, please remember Diane with fondness.
