Diane Medina, 75, passed away on Monday, March 7, 2022 at St. Peters Hospital, with her loving family by her side.
She was the daughter of the late James and Jessie Trainor.
Diane was the devoted wife to the late Guillermo Medina.
Diane was a lifetime member of the Coeymans Women's AuxilIary.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, playing board games and cards, lunches with her siblings, going on trips with family, trips to Disney, doing crossword puzzles, going to see plays, and anything that had to do with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and her husband she was predeceased by her sisters, brother-in-law and sister-in-laws, Peggy Balls and Jill (Antonio) Dejesus, Barbara Trainor and Donna Trainor.
Diane is survived by her children, Anna Bermudez, Hector (Lauri) Bermudez; her step children, Elizabeth Foster, Mae Estrada, Brandy (Michael) Sim and Jodi (Charles) Woodard. Her brothers, James (Susan) Trainor, Jack Trainor and Jerry Trainor. She was the adored grandmother of Michael (Kala), Myah, Bella, Sam, Xavier, Luis, Cassandra, Miguel, Arionna, Cameron, Alyssa, Charles, Emillio and Isabella and cherished great grandmother of Maddison and Mikko. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held at Redeemer Church, 183 Schoolhouse Road, Albany, New York, on Saturday March 12, 2022 from 9:00am to 11:15am. A funeral service will be held at 11:15am. Burial will follow the service at 1:00pm at Graceland Cemetery, Albany.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Heart Association at www.heart.org.
