STILLWATER- Dianna C. Marshall, age 78, passed away suddenly on March 5, 2023.
She was born in Albany, the daughter of the late Genevieve Fink Bushey. She was also predeceased by her siblings: Delores Humphrey, Joan Hildenbrandt, John Bushey, and Alfred (Sonny) Bushey.
Dianna enjoyed spending time with family, arts, crafts-especially making her chocolate lollipops and listening to Alan Jackson music.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, William J. Marshall III; daughters: Billie-Jo (Peter) Hemendinger of Esperance, NY and Melissa (George) Vermilyea of Stillwater, NY; five grandchildren: Kiersten Gerdes, Joshua Hemendinger, George Vermilyea, Jr., Courtney Vermilyea and Zachary Hemendinger; 1 great grandchild on the way; and sister, Shirley Alcombright. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, sister in laws and brother in laws.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her calling hours on Sunday March 12, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, NY 12205. All are invited to attend her funeral service at the funeral home on Monday March 13 at 9 a.m. Interment will follow at Gerald BH Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery at 11:30 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Dianna's name may be made to Saratoga National Cemetery Honor Guard Association, 200 Duell Road, Suite 1, Schuylerville, NY 12871.
