Dolores Kowobus, 71, passed away Sunday May 3, 2009 at Ellis Hospital surrounded by her loving family.
Dolores was born in Clifton Park the daughter of the late Stephen and Winona Schottenham and was a lifelong area resident. She was predeceased by her husband Donald Kowobus.
She is survived by her loving daughter Noelle (Keith) Burkins, beloved granddaughter Megan Burkins, long-time companion Clifford Wing, sister-in-law Jean (Ray) Goodell, brother-in-law Frank (the late Nona) LaRosa, sister Gloria Leguire and many loved nieces and nephews.
Memorial calling hours will be Thursday 5:00 to 7:00pm at New Comer-Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155 south of Central Ave.). Funeral service will be private at the convenience of the family. To leave a special message for the family online, visit www.NewcomerAlbany.com
