Dolores "Dee" Romanski, 90, passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2023 after a long illness.
Dee was born in Brooklyn, New York but relocated to Boca Raton, Florida. She worked as a home health care aide for many years and treated her patients as family. Dee moved back to New York late in life to be near her children and grandchildren. Her family was most important to her, the "joy" of her life. She also loved her caregivers, whom she truly considered friends, over the last 9 years.
Dee was an avid reader and enjoyed "traveling" to many places through books. She loved going to dinner with friends and especially enjoyed a good Italian meal. Dee was a huge Elvis fan, and surrounded herself with photos and memorabilia.
Dee is survived by her children, Lorann, Kenneth (Marie) and Darren (Jennifer) Romanski. She is lovingly remembered by her brothers Joseph and Richard as well as her grandchildren Tyler, Katelyn, Victoria, Michael and Jason.
The family is planning a private service at this time.
