Dolores Young

LOUDONVILLE- Dolores G. Young, 79, of Loudonville, passed away peacefully on Thursday June 22, 2006 at her residence. She was born in Albany and was the daughter of the late George and Mae Bink.
In 1948, Dolores married Frederick E. Young in Rochester, NY before eventually settling in Loudonville where they raised their family. She was a representative for Beauty Counselor and Home Demonstration. Dolores actively participated in aerobics for many years. She enjoyed cooking, reading, sewing, gardening and spending time with her family. She was predeceased in 1991 by her beloved husband, Frederick E. Young Sr.
Dolores is the devoted mother of Deborah S. Holtz (Robert), Gregory S. Young (Brenda), Patricia L. Tariello (late Paul Jr.), Frederick E. Young Jr. (Michele), Michael A. Young (Christina) and Robert A. Young. She is the cherished sister of Robert A. Bink (late Gladys) and Elizabeth J. Morawski (late John). Dolores is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Monday morning at 10:15 at NewComer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave) then to St. Ambrose Church, Latham at 11:00 where the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Calling hours will be Sunday from 5 to 8 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be in Our Lady of Angels Cemetery.
