Dominick Califano, 96, passed away peacefully on August 22, 2014.
Dominick was born December 22, 1917, in Schenectady, New York, to the late John and Antoinette Califano.
Dominick proudly served with the United States Army during WWII.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Josephine (DeVito) Califano and his brother Michael Califano.
Dominick is survived by his loving children; Richard (Judith) Califano, Paul Califano, and Henry (Pamela) LaBrake. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at 10:00 am at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie. A calling hour will precede the service from 9:00 to 10:00 at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service in Parkview Cemetery, Schenectady.
