Dominick Graziano

May 2, 1931 — June 14, 2014

Dominick L. Graziano, 83, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 14, 2014 at his home with his wife and his faithful canine companion, Cialì by his side.

He was born in Ticonderoga, NY to the late Luigi and Orsola Graziano.
As a young man, Dominick worked for the International Paper Company in Ticonderoga.

In addition, he became a professional hair dresser and attended Albany Business College.

Ultimately, Dominick joined the United States Army, and retired as a Master Sergeant after 25 years of service.

Dominick was a life member with the Knights of Columbus, and an honorary citizen of the Boys Town. He also enjoyed listening to music, especially Italian music, hunting, fishing and spending time with wife and his beagle.

For many years, he was the bereavement Minister for Christ Our Light Catholic Church (Formerly St. Francis DeSales) and was a member of the Blessed John Paul II Shrine.

Dominick is survived by his loving wife, MargaretMary Catherine "Meghi" Graziano; his two children Christopher (Debbie) Graziano and Andrea (Mark) Stella. He is the cherished brother of Gaitanina Graziano Donovan. He is also survived by three grandchildren, one great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Father Flanagans Boys' Home, 234 Monsky Drive, Boys Town, NE 68010, www.boystown.org in Dominick's memory.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated onThursday, June 19, 2014 at 10:00 am at Christ Our Light Catholic Church, 1 Maria Drive, Loudinville, NY. Calling hours will be Wednesday, June 18, 2014 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the church. Interment will follow the Mass in St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands.
