Donald Arvine Bathrick passed away December 11, 2023 at Daughters of Sarah Nursing Home.
Born in Red Hook NY on March 22, 1936, He was the son of the late Charlotte and Arvine Bathrick.
Don resided in Schodack for 50 years and for the last few years enjoyed living at Coburg Retirement Village in Rexford NY. He was a graduate of Union College and served in the Navy and was a retiree of New York Telephone/Verizon. He enjoyed gardening, music, golf and bridge.
He was predeceased by his wife Corrinne in 2010.
Donald is survived by his brothers Robert Bathrick and Bruce Bathrick and many nieces and nephews. Also his children Donna (John Flint), David Bathrick (Julie Varley) and Nancy ( Bruce Thornton ). In addition he is survived by the joy of his life, his grandchildren: Erin and Brittany Thornton; and Teagan, Michaela and Tori Flint.
Friends and family are invited to join us to remember Don at New Comer Cremations & Funerals 343 New Karner Rd Colonie NY on Saturday December 16th from 12 until 2, with a service at 2.
