Donald A. Brandow

Latham- Donald A. Brandow, 68, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, December 6, 2021 at his home with his loving family by his side after a long battle with Multiple Myeloma. He was the son of Donald and the late Gladys Brandow. Donald was the devoted husband to Lynn W. Brandow, who he cherished and loved dearly for 39 years.

He was a graduate of Ravena Coeymens Selkirk High School and an entrepreneur, mechanic, and auto dealership owner for over 30 years before starting a contracting company 15 years ago.

Donald enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, and he loved vacationing in Mexico. He brought joy and laughter to all who were blessed with his friendship. His life story is a testimony to the power of God.

In addition to his wife, Donald is survived by his children, Casey, Chad, Zachary, and Whitney and his greatest joy, his grandchildren, Adriana, Kayden, Eva, Noah, Chad Jr., Giovanni, and Giuliano.

Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Rd., Watervliet, New York on Sunday December 12, 2021 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm with a funeral service to follow at 2:00 pm. Burial will be held privately for the family.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Donald's name to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (themmrf.org) or Victory Christian Church of Albany (victoryalbany.com).
