Donald E. Mcnicol

SCHENECTADY – Donald E. McNicol, Jr., 54, passed away on Monday, July 4, 2011. Born in Schenectady, he was the beloved son of the late Donald E. McNicol, Sr. and Lois (Mallard) McNicol. Donald was a private man who worked for Price Chopper for over thirty years. He is survived by his sister, Lisa (Brian) Carr and his lifetime companion, Emmy Bliven. Donny and Emmy considered themselves brother and sister. To weather all storms together, the good and the bad. Donny was loved by all and will be missed by many.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday at 12:30 p.m. at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave). Calling hours will precede the service from 11:00 to 12:30 at the funeral home. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions would be appreciated to the American Heart Association or the National Kidney Foundation in memory of Donald E. McNicol, Jr.
