May 31, 2022, the world lost a great and generous man.
Don Pulikowski, of Castleton, New York, passed away peacefully surrounded by family after a brief illness. Don graduated from Maple Hill High School in 1956 and proudly served in the Signal Corps in the United States Army. He worked as an electronic technician at Lake Electronics until his retirement.
He was the son of Marjan and Helena Pulikowski.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Elizabeth Pulikowski.
He was an outstanding father to Karen Riley (Michael Riley) of Port Charlotte, Florida, Dave Pulikoswki (Lisa Sofia) of Castleton, New York, and Deborah Clapp (Daniel Clapp) of Ipswich, Massachusetts.
He was the proud "Grandpa" to Matt and Daniel Riley, Alison and Brian Pulikowski and "Papa" to Josephine and Hannah Clapp. He was also the "Favorite Uncle" to numerous nieces and nephews.
As per his request, this obituary will not be "flowery remembrance." If you knew Don, you have stories that make you smile. Cherish them.
A private memorial service will be scheduled for a later date with interment at the New Sacred Heart Cemetery.
