GUILDERLAND_Donald W. Weldon, 64, passed away on October 3, 2015 at St. Peter's Hospital.
He was born on October 20, 1950 son of the late John and Euphemia (DeRouville) Weldon. Donald was the youngest of 9 children. He worked for many municipalities. At the age of 61, he retired as an Operator after many years working for the Town of Guilderland. He was a devoted husband, father and Papa.
Donald is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Cynthia, his daughter, Laura Curtis, step-children, David (Jen) Wagoner, Jonathan (Domenica) Wagoner, Charles (Nichole) Wagoner. He was the Papa to 9 grandchildren and one great grandchild and many nieces nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his step-son Timothy Wagoner.
Friends and family are invited to come share condolences with Don's family on Friday, October 9, 2015 from 5-7pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie, NY.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 445 New Karner Rd., Albany, NY 12205.
