Donna Marie LaMontagne, 65, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 18, 2012 at Ellis Hospital with her family by her side.
Donna shared a very special bond with her beloved granddaughter Rubyann, who lovingly called her Nini.
Donna is also survived by her children Max, Jr. and John (Brenda) LaMontagne; her granddaughter Rubyann, step-grandchildren Cassandra, Devin and Brandon; sisters Kathy Milanese and Danice Borst; nieces Tiffany and Tara Tate, and close and dear friends Elena, Alice, Nick and Kathy.
The family would like to thank the ICU staff at Ellis Hospital for their excellent care.
Family and friends are invited to a graveside service that will be held on Thursday at 11:00 am at Memory Gardens, 983 Watervliet Shaker Road, Colonie. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association of New York State, 155 Washington Avenue, Suite 210, Albany, NY 12210 in Donna's memory.
