Donna Marie Sheldon

Troy-Donna Marie Sheldon, 59, was called home on June 26, 2007. Donna was born in Chatham, NY on September 8, 1947, to Sylvia E. Benson-Sheldon and the late Herbert L. Sheldon, Sr. As a dedicated employee of NYS for 32 years, Donna was loved by all. Preceding her in death are her sisters, Sandra Sheldon and Isabelle Windom as well as her grandson, Shyaire Sheldon.
Left to cherish her memories are her daughter Stephanie Sheldon and her sons Reginald (Marshay) Sheldon as well as Stephon (Christina) Morris, her grandchildren; Sharelle Sheldon, Alexis Sheldon, Aliyah Johnson, Sierra Morris, Yasiera Sheldon, and Shianne Morris, and her siblings: Herbert (Doreen) L. Sheldon, Jr., Gwendolyn Sheldon, Lorraine Sheldon, Anita Griffin, Arthur Sheldon, Melissa (Carlos) Maisonet and Anthony (Yvonne) Sheldon.
Calling hours will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 PM on Tuesday-July 3rd at Union Missionary Baptist Church, 1 Morton Avenue-Albany, NY with service immediately following at 6:00 PM. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 7 Washington Square, Albany, NY 12205 in memory of Donna M. Sheldon.
