COHOES - Donna Lee McKinley, 69, passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2023.
Donna was born on August 3, 1953 in Troy and was the daughter of the late Charles and Doris (Bailey) Fitzgerald. She was a seamstress for Standard Manufacturing in Troy and Swanknit, Inc. in Cohoes. She was also a door greeter at Sam's Club in Latham. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She will be remembered by her infectious laugh.
Donna is survived by her loving daughters, Christy McKinley of Clifton Park, Kary (Bryan) Schrom of Hoosick Falls and Melissa (Cort) Seguin of Schaghticoke; her cherished grandchildren, Nickolas and Kevin Schrom and Jade and Cortland Seguin; her niece, Kimberly (Heather) Fitzgerald; her nephew, Brian Murray; and devoted friend, Sandy LeBlanc. She is also survived by her in-laws, Cindy and Frank Steciuk, Jacquelyn and Vincent Turo, and several others in-laws. In addition to her parents, Donna was predeceased by her brother and sister-in-law, William and Deborah Fitzgerald.
Funeral services will be 12 p.m. Monday, February 20, at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Road, Watervliet. Calling hours will precede the service from 10 am to 12 p.m. Interment will be held in St. Joseph's Cemetery in Waterford.
