It is with profound sadness that our family announces Donna Jean Pryall (née Strahle), 65 years young, of Albany, NY, passed into eternal life peacefully at her home, on Monday, March 8, 2021.
Born June 28, 1955, in Miami, Florida, she was the daughter of Aida Fonda (Santiago) and the late Jack Strahle, Sr.
Donna graduated from Miramar High School in Florida in 1974. Being the free spirit she was, she worked several jobs throughout her life, from retail positions, to telemarketing, to child care. However, her proudest accomplishment was her 4 children and 6 grandchildren, and she made sure to brag about them every chance she got.
She is survived by her 4 children; Christine "Chrissy" Campbell (Mike) of Levittown, NY, Robert Chaffer (Heather) of West Babylon, NY, Danielle Pryall (Sam Spadaro) of Albany, NY, Ashley Pryall of Albany, NY; her loving mother, Aida Fonda of Gainesville, FL; her 6 grandchildren; Katherine, Nevaeh, Michael, Violet, Robert, and Samuel; her sisters Patricia "Pati" Crosby (Robert) and Dolores "Dee" Strahle (Mary Lou) of Gainesville, FL; and her longtime partner Alfred Allgood of Albany, NY.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm with a celebration of Donna's life to immediately follow at 2:00 pm on Friday, March 19, 2021 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd, Colonie, NY 12205.
