Donna Woodbeck

SCHENECTADY- Donna M. Woodbeck, 75, of Schenectady, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday May 22, 2007 at her daughter's home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born February 21, 1932 in Norwich NY and was the daughter of the late James and Eva Sherman McNulty.
Donna grew up Schoharie and resided in Schenectady where she raised her family. She had worked as a waitress for 37 years at several local restaurants. Donna was a member of the Schenectady Moose Lodge and VFW #357 Ladies Auxiliary. She was predeceased by her husband Howard Woodbeck, her daughter Alisha and siblings Gladys, Peggy, Bob and Walter.
Donna is the loving and devoted mother of Laura (Niall) Woodbeck-Howard, Kenneth (Remi) Woodbeck of Schenectady, Christine (Anthony) DiMeo of Florida, Theresa (Timothy) Gentile of Rotterdam; loving sister of Charlie (Betty) McNulty of Schenectady, Lyle (Pat) McNulty of Ohio, David (Jo-Ann) McNulty of Glenville, and Alice Carron of Ohio. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Aunt Jo-Ann for her love and support . She was there when we needed her and we are forever grateful. We also wish to extend our appreciation to the staff of Community Hospice of Schenectady, Francine Amiot, Cindy Johnson, Louise Basile, Lisa Ross, Karen Palma, Chaplain Sue Koehler, Connie Storey, Barbara Phillips, 6th floor staff at Ellis Hospital and Dr. Kraev and staff.
Relatives and friend are invited to attend graveside services on Thursday at 12 noon at Memorys Garden in Colonie. There will be no calling hours.
