COLONIE-Doreen Lockrow, 90, passed away on Thursday, October 12, 2017 surrounded by her loving family.

Doreen was born in Tylerstown, Wales on January 16, 1927 to the late Charles and Alice Chorley. On January 25, 1947 Doreen married the late Bart E. Lockrow. They were married for over 50 years, and together they raised four children. Doreen was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, and she will be greatly missed by all.

Doreen is predeceased by her husband, Bart E. Lockrow, and her sister, Thelma.

She is survived by her children, Diane (Dennis) D'Amico, Steven Lockrow, Debra Lockrow, and Pamela Lockrow, her grandchildren, Dara, DJ(Jennie), Dylan, Allison, Olivia, and Aidan, her great-grandson, Nicholas, her great-nephew, Neil, and her niece, Pat.

Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Albany, NY 12205, on Wednesday, October 18, 2017, from 10:00am-11:00am, with a service to immediately follow. Burial will be held at Prospect Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Doreen's name to Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, 3 Oakland Ave, Menands, NY 12204
