Doris L. Foster
October 10, 1923 — April 5, 2015
LATHAM – Doris L. Foster, 91, passed away on Sunday, April 5, 2015 at the Manor Care Nursing Home in Palm Harbor, Florida. Born in Troy, she was the daughter of the late Fred E. and Ada F. (Barringer) Lewis.
Doris worked as a secretary for Norton Company in Watervliet for 36 years, before retiring in 1985. For many years she enjoyed her early morning swims in the waters of Cape Cod.
Doris was predeceased by her husband, Arthur Foster.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Interment will be held at Oakwood Cemetery in Troy.
