Troy- Doris M. Wells, 70, passed away on Friday, November 30, 2018. Born in Greeleyville, SC she was the daughter of the late Levi and Lizzie Sabb and the oldest of 15 children.

Doris was a devoted member of Oak Grove Baptist Church where she was a member of the usher board and also sang on the senior choir.

Doris also loved playing bingo as well as bowling.

She is survived by her five sons, Myron L. Wells (James Lloyd), Christopher L. Wells, Sean E. Wells, Jason R. Wells and Kelvin D. Wells (Ebony). She is also survived by her seven grandchildren as well as her siblings; Dolly Buchanan (Marqus), Brenda Sabb, Rose Sabb, Ronald Sabb, Jannie Mae Sabb, Anthony Sabb, Pamela Sabb, Patricia Sabb, Minnie Sabb and Joseph Sabb (Susan) and one loving Godson, Derrick Johnson and many nieces, nephews, cousins and aunts.

Doris is predeceased by her siblings, David Sabb, Alfred Sabb, Fred Sabb and Carey Sabb.

A calling hour will be held on Friday, December 7, 2018 from 9:00am-10:00am at Oak Grove Baptist Church, 514 7th Ave, Troy, New York 12180. A funeral service will begin at 10:00am with interment following at Elmwood Hill Cemetery, Troy.
