Dorothy A. Zukowski

GUILDERLAND- Dorothy Ann Zukowski of Guilderland, passed away on Thursday at her residence. She was born on Port Chester, NY and was the daughter of the late Harry and Sophie Stubbe.
Dorothy was a cashier at the Price Chopper in Guilderland. A longtime valued employee, Dorothy was a 34 years associate with the Golub Corp. Dorothy enjoyed traveling, swimming and an occasional trip to Foxwoods. She was predeceased by her husband Robert in May 2007and her daughter Terry in 2000.
She is survived by her children, Rhoda, Jenny, Joseph and David. She is the sister of Peggy Ricci and Harriet Durfee. She is the sister in law of Katherine (William) Rathbun and mother in law of Ronald Cutler and Karen Zukowski. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Tuesday evening at 7:00 at NewComer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave). Calling hours will be Tuesday from 5 to 7 pm at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice of Albany, 445 New Karner Rd. Albany NY 12205 in memory of Dorothy A.
