Dorothy B. Mysona, 84 of Indian Land, S.C., passed away peacefully on October 23, 2023.
She was born on June 24, 1939, to Maynard S. and Anna Westfall Brooks. Dorothy was a beloved mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Dorothy is survived by her daughters, Luann Mayer of Indian Land, S.C., and Kristin (Mike) Haber of Kingston, N.Y.; grandsons, Jeff (Kimberly) Haber of Kingston, and Sean Haber of Kingston; and great-granddaughter, Hallie May Haber of Kingston. She is also survived by her sister, Anna May McCormick of Schenectady; a brother, Raymond (Cheryl) Brooks of Colonie; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Mysona.
Dorothy was a 1957 graduate of Mont Pleasant High School and was a homemaker all of her life.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 11, at 11 a.m. in Memory Gardens Cemetery.
