Dorothy Pusz, 95, of Schenectady, passed away on April 6, 2025 at Our Lady of Mercy Care with her daughters by her side.

She was born on April 5, 1930 to the late Casimer and Clara (Kozlowski) Kislowski in Syracuse, NY.

Dorothy really enjoyed life and lived it to the fullest. She had an amazing sense of humor and she was loved by everyone. She enjoyed bowling and traveling, especially to Florida and the Thousand Islands. She was the beloved Avon lady for over 40 years. She cherished being a Nani and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Dorothy held many jobs over the years but was most passionate about her work in the medical field as a secretary/office manager for many years to the point of becoming an assistant.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband Richard Pusz, daughter Kathleen Pusz and her brother James Kislowski.

She is survived by her daughters Linda Pusz, Susan Franze, grandchildren Jared, Rachel, Alexa and Alissa Franze, brother in law Paul (Pat) Pusz as well as several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Monday April 14th at 10am at the St. Paul the Apostle, Schenectady

Interment immediately following in the St. Joseph's Cemetery

Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's association.
