Edmeral L. Yattaw

COLONIE – Edmeral L. Yattaw, 76, of Colonie, passed away peacefully on Wednesday August 1, 2012 at the Inn of Community Hospice, surrounded by his loving family.
He has been a resident of Colonie for most of his life. Ed was a self-employed mechanic at Exxon-Four Corners in Colonie for over 50 years. He was a motorcycle enthusiast and traveled cross country on his bike. Ed was passionate about riding whenever possible and lived to ride. He was a drag racing champion years ago.
Ed is the father of Nancy (Rich) White, Scott Yattaw and Bonnie Yattaw Connors and the late Michael Yattaw. He is the grandfather of Stella (Rey), Aubrey, Amber and Alyssa. He is the great grandfather of Anthony, Reyanna and Alanna.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Saturday from 11 am to 1 pm at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie. A prayer service will follow at 1:00 at the funeral home.
