Edward J. Corcoran, 90, passed away peacefully on August 28, 2014 at his home with his family by his side.
Edward was born October 13, 1923, at Englewood, New Jersey, to the late William and Marguerite Corcoran.
Edward was an avid golfer and a long standing member of Normanside Country Club.
In addition to his parents, Edward was predeceased by his loving wife, Jean Corcoran and his two sisters and one brother.
Edward is survived his daughters, Donna (Greg) Leather and Susan Corcoran. He is the brother of Michael (Dolores) Corcoran; he is the cherished grandfather of Kathleen (Tom) Engle, Stephen Leather, Fiona Leather and great grandfather of Graham, Simon and Adalaide Engle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, September 5, 2014 at 9:30 am at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 35 Adams Place, Delmar, NY 12054.
Inurnment will follow the Mass at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery at 12:30.
