Albany- Edward B. Proper Sr. "Pop's", 87, passed away on Friday, January 6, 2023. He was born on October 14, 1935 to the late Lillian Rouse.
Edward enjoyed many things but most of all spending time with family and friends.
Edward is survived by his children, Anthony F. (Jessie) Proper, Edward B. (Ann) Proper, Jr., Theresa (Mike Blodgett) Proper; his grandchildren, Eddie, Tony, Kirrah, Joseph, Braden, and Christa; his sister, Dorothy; and his brother, Sam.
He was predeceased by his wife, Theresa Proper; and his siblings William and Doris.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Road, Watervliet, New York 12189 on Sunday, January 15, 2022 from 12pm to 2pm.
