Edward M. Romanoski, 66, passed away on Thursday, February 4, 2021 at Fairview Commons in Great Barrington, MA. Edward was the son of the late Edward and Gaynell (Pitzer) Romanoski. He was the devoted husband of over 42 years to Susan (Brooks) Romanoski.
Edward was a member of the Colonie Elks for many years. He was a major fan of all Pittsburgh sports teams, especially the Steelers.
In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his brother Darl Romanoski.
Edward is survived by his loving wife Susan, his sister Darlene Wiley and his canine companion Archie.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 11:00 am at Memory Gardens, 983 Watervliet Shaker Road, Colonie, NY 12205.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to the Mr. Mo project, a rescue organization for older dogs. Visit their website mrmoproject.com
The family would like to thank the entire staff at Fairview Commons for all of their care and compassion given to Edward and Susan during his time with them. His family is forever grateful for all of their love and friendship given to him. They would also like to thank the Community Hospice Care givers with Berkshire County Hospice for all of their support given to Edward and Susan.
