Elaine married the love of her life Dean Terry in 1979. Elaine and Dean shared 44 years of love and life together.

Elaine worked several years at Rayben Enterprise, New York State and retired from Samaritan Shelter as the Head Cook. Elaine became a member of Arbor Hill Church of God in Christ under the leadership of pastor Lenon D. Moore in 1996. Sister Elaine worked diligently on many church boards which includes President of the Pastor Aid, Adjutant for Mother Carrie Moore, Adult Choir Director, Sunday School Youth Leader and Grounds Keeper. Elaine then became a member at Rhema Power Ministries under the leadership of Pastor Valerie F. Faust. Sister Elaine was an ordained Missionary at Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church. Elaine was a member at Revelation Church of God of Christ under the leadership of Pastor Leo Trotter. Sister Elaine attended bible class under Russelll Bellamy in which she graduated with Honors. Elaine didn't mind giving God the praise. Sister Elaine was a willing worker for the Lord. I have fought a good fight, "I have finished my course, I kept the faith." (Timothy 4: 7-8) KJV

Elaine leaves to cherish her memory her 5 children Antoinette, Tyesha, Rushon, Kizim, and Dean Jr. Brother Mckinley sisters Lovett, Tanaya, Blanche and Sharon. Brother in laws Levi Jr. and Scott. Grandchildren Jamael, Rahmael, Ariona, Rushon, Jaquan, Keyonna, Zaiqua, Jeremiah, Elijah and Lazar. Great grandchildren Ava, Noah, Aria, Mi'Amor and Jonah. Godson Jihad aunt Anne dear sister in Christ Joan Bell and a host of nieces, nephews cousins and extended family.

Elaine was pre-deceased by her loving husband of 44 years Dean Terry Sr. Parents Marjorie Sims and Mckinley Branch. Sisters Juanita and Kendra Branch. Parents in law Jean and Levi Malloy and brother in law Ronald Fletcher (Malloy).
