August 19, 1937 — January 31, 2021
Duanesburg - Elizabeth J. McConnell-Barth "Betty", passed away Sunday, January 31, 2021. Born August 19, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Norman and Jessie McConnell. Elizabeth is reunited in heaven with her beloved husband, Frederich Barth.
Betty worked for many years at Dunn & Bradstreet / Reuben Donnelly.
She is survived by her nieces; Tammy McConnell and Elizabeth Bouche and nephews' Norman McConnell III and Robert McConnell. She will also be missed by her grandnieces and grandnephews.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Eddy Memorial Geriatric in Troy for the love and care given to Betty. In addition the family would like to thank, Betty's dear friends, Jim and Agnes Furstman, and the McClenahan family, for their love, friendship and care over the years.
A calling hour will be held on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 from 10-11am at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, NY 12205. A funeral ceremony will begin at 11am at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Chestnut Lawn Cemetery.
