Elizabeth M. Beaulac

COLONIE - Elizabeth M. Beaulac passed away peacefully on Thursday July 7, 2022, at the Community Hospice Inn at St. Peter's Hospital. Elizabeth was born on June 22, 1935, to the late Elsie and Oliver Van Alstine. Elizabeth was predeceased by her husband of 56 years, Robert Beaulac. She is survived by her children Mark (Mary Pat), Pam Ahl (Peter) and Stephen (Michelle), six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, as well as her siblings Lloyd and Gordon Van Alstine and Barbera Sieme.

Elizabeth dedicated her life to being a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She loved to cook and was known for her amazing pies.

The family would like to thank the staff at The Eddy Heritage House for all their caring and compassion shown to Elizabeth for the past four years.

There will be a celebration of life at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie on Tuesday from 5 - 7 pm. Funeral service to be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals on Wednesday at 9:30 am. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens, Colonie. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Elizabeth's name to The Eddy Heritage House Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, 2920 Tibbits Avenue, Troy, NY 12180.
