Elizabeth J. Chelli

Albany- Elizabeth J. Chelelli, 87, passed away peacefully on March 23, 2017. Born in Albany, NY on July 21, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Orson and Golda (Stevens) Dibble. Elizabeth was married to Anthony Chelelli for almost 43 years, until his passing in 2007. Elizabeth is the mother of Lawrence (Carol) Hack. She is the grandmother of Larry (Tammy) and Monique (Finley). She is the great-grandmother of Paige, Maeve, Victoria and Deanna. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 10 am on Tuesday, March 28 at New Comer Funerals & Cremations, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. Calling hours will precede the service from 9 am to 10 am at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Memory Gardens, Colonie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Elizabeth's name to The Community Hospice, Gift Processing Center, 310 S. Manning Blvd., Albany, NY 12208.
