Elizabeth O'Neal

Troy – Elizabeth A. "Betsy" O'Neal, 75 passed away peacefully on Wednesday May 21, 2014 at St. Mary's Hospital in Troy after a brief illness. She will be missed by her entire family and many friends, especially her cherished grandchildren who she loved to be surrounded by. Betsy also loved reading, travelling and helping in her community through a variety of non-profit organizations.

Elizabeth is survived by her children, Kerri (Joseph) Pinkans, Keli (Dennis) Hurley, Kevin O'Neal; her cherished grandchildren, Kylie, Kaitlyn, Sierrha, Chelsea, Kyle; and her sister Christine Allen.

Elizabeth was predeceased by her beloved husband Ronald O'Neal in 1999 and her beloved granddaughter Jessica in 1999.

Memorial Contributions may be made in Betsy's name to the Ronald McDonald House, 139 S Lake Ave. Albany, NY 12208.
