Elizabeth P. Klouse

COLONIE - Elizabeth P. Klouse, 87, passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2009 at The Hospice Inn at St. Peter's Hospital surrounded by her loving family.
Elizabeth was born on June 22, 1921 in Pueblo, Colorado and was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Simonetta) Panucci. She retired from Albany Medical Center Hospital in 1986. She was a communicant of St. Francis de Sales Church and their senior citizens where she enjoyed playing cards and bingo. She was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with her family.
Elizabeth is survived by her children, Kenneth (Mary) Klouse and Marie (Joseph) Bottisti; her son-in-law, Robert Carmichael; her grandchildren, Kevin (Marcia) Carmichael, Regina (James) Maguire, Laura (Richard) Finland, Kenneth (Melonie) Klouse, Anthony Klouse, Andrew (Christine) Klouse, Jennifer (Sean) Shepard and Joseph (Jenny) Bottisti; her great grandchildren, Matthew and Amanda Maguire, James and Brianna Paige, Alyssa and Ryan Klouse, Cole and Brady Shepard and Alaina Bottisti. She was predeceased by her husband, Ernest Klouse; her daughter, Elizabeth Carmichael and her brothers, Alfred, John and Joseph Panucci.
Funeral services will be held at 9:15 a.m. Thursday at New Comer-Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie, (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave.) then to St. Francis de Sales Church, 1 Maria Dr., Loudonville where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment Memory's Garden, Colonie.
