Elizabeth M. Sickler (Betty), 84, passed away on Sunday, December 4, 2022, with her family by her side.
Betty was born in Cohoes, NY on August 5, 1938, and was the daughter to the late Alcide and Loretta Lepage (Lussier).
Betty was a school bus driver for the Saratoga Springs School District for many years. She enjoyed camping and the great outdoors and was a seasonal resident at the Adirondack Gateway Park for over 20 years. She would often be seen patrolling the campground in her golf cart. Betty was also a member of the Cohoes Waterford Elks for over 25 years and volunteered for many years in the gift shop at Samaritan Hospital.
Betty had a great devotion to her family and always put them first caring for her grandchildren and family members through the years. She was a mom to everyone. She is survived by her children Peter Sickler of Saratoga Springs, her daughter, Sally Lennon of Schenectady and her beloved grandchildren Sarah Lennon and Sean Lennon of Schenectady.
Betty is also survived by her brothers, Albert Lepage of Cohoes and Raymond LePage of Lansingburgh; sisters Louise Fredette of Clifton Park; Shirley Stiles of Mechanicville; Lillian Campbell of Hudson; and Debra Urban of North Carolina.
She is predeceased by brother Wilfred Lepage, sisters Jean Walsh and Rita Haughney.
