Troy – Elizabeth A. Williams, 82, died Friday January 18, 2008 at the Eddy Memorial Geriatric Center.
Elizabeth was born in Scranton, PA the daughter of the late Mark and Elizabeth (Marr) Gerhard. She moved to the Capital District in 1966. Elizabeth worked for J. C. Penny for a short time then took a job with Allstate Insurance. She worked at Allstate as a secretary for over thirty years.
She is survived by her brother-in-law; Joseph R. Nolan of Colonie, her nephews; Daniel P. (Sally) Nolan of Loudonville, and Paul D. Nolan of Largo, Fl., grand-nephew; Philip Nolan, grand-niece; Victoria Nolan. Other surviving family members include Lois McCartney, Mina Brandes and Roslyn Brandes.
