ALBANY – Ellen Flanagan Aiello Leonard, 91, passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2013.
Ellen was the wife of the late loving husband Carson Healy Leonard; daughter of the late wonderful parents John and Ellen Flanagan Aiello; the twin sister of the late John Aiello, Jr., and the sister of the late James J. Aiello.
She is survived by her dearly beloved son Carson Mark Leonard of Los Angeles, CA and his wife Heidi, and delightful group of Leonard, Aiello and Flanagan nephews, nieces, cousins and many dear friends.
Ellen was a graduate of the Academy of the Holy Names and attended Russell Sage College. She was a member of the English Speaking Union, Albany Academy Mothers' Association, Holy Names Alumnae, and Center for Creative Living and the Church of Religious Science.
Honoring Ellen's wishes, there will be no calling hours or memorial service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Community Hospice of Albany County.
