Ellen M. Kinder, 71, of Albany, passed away on February 8, 2024 at Samaritan Hospital.
She was born in Niskayuna to the late Earl and Evelyn (Roney) Wicks.
Ellen was an avid volunteer. She volunteered at Samaritan Hospital and Blessed Sacrament church. She loved working with children and she loved animals, especially her beloved cat Smoky.
She was predeceased by her husband Lee Kinder in 2020.
Ellen is survived by several loving cousins and her dear friends Dianna and Marge.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday February 16th at 10:30am at Blessed Sacrament Church, 607 Central Ave, Albany NY.
Interment immediately following in St. Agnes Cemetery.
